They have a limited number of tubes, so even if you have time on your slot they have to be given away to the people in the next slot who have to line up for them. The customer service manager...I think his name is Adam, was super helpful when I got confused with the website, he helped me save a ton by getting on the website himself to get me the cheaper price!!"

"Great experience. Skied for two days at the resort. I got to the parking lot around 8:30 and still had plenty of spaces in the main lot. The card system for the lift tickets were easy to obtain and easy to use. Used the rentals on site and had zero issues."
